Hayley joined Axogen’s Clinical Operations team as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate in April 2021 and drives the day-to-day study management for clinical studies in the company’s Pain franchise. For the 6.5 years prior, she worked at the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in multiple patient-facing roles, including community education and multi-disciplinary patient care management.

In 2019, Hayley pivoted to leading MDA’s neuromuscular patient registry, guiding its growth to over 40 active study sites and 3,000+ participants. Since her graduation from Indiana University with a BS in Kinesiology, Hayley’s professional career has been geared toward a patient-centric approach to healthcare and has found the unique impact that clinical research can make on the patient community incredibly exciting.
