Is this a women's only event?

No, it is not exclusive to women. In fact, men are HIGHLY encouraged to attend the event.

When is the Life Science Women's Conference?

The 3rd Annual Life Science Women's Conference will be held on September 20 & 21, 2022 at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

The 2nd annual Life Science Women's Conference was hosted on February 19th & 20th, 2020 at the Tampa Convention Center.

Is there an associated hotel?

The convention hotel will be at the Embassy Suites Tampa - USF/Near Busch Gardens at 2705 Spectrum Blvd. The booking link can be found on their website at

Where can I park near...?

Parking information will be provided nearer to the event.

What is the address of the conference?

The conference is being held at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, USA. The direct address is 4103 USF Cedar Cir, Tampa, FL 33620.

What are your ticketing options?

We have four ticketing options available. VIP (Two-days), general admission two-day pass, general admission one day pass, and college/grad student two day passes. Ticketing available here.

What happens if the conference cannot be held in September due to public health concerns?

The conference is currently planned to take place on September 20 & 21, 2022. If public health guidelines or natural disaster prevents the conference from being held in September, the conference date will be adjusted or, in a worst case scenario, cancelled.

Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors will be issued a credit for the ticket(s)/sponsorship(s) which were originally purchased and may be used at any future LSC event through 2024.


What is your COVID-19 policy?

To mitigate the risk of safety to conference attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers and staff, all in attendance will be required to follow the CDC's public health safety guidelines, when permissible by law, at the time of the conference. This policy may be adjusted based on established guidelines at the time.

Those found not following safety guidelines will be given a warning. If adherence to these guidelines is not immediately followed upon the second warning, the participant will be removed from the conference venue for the remainder of the event.

In the case the risk is too great, as determined by the conference host, venue or CDC public health guidelines, the conference will be rescheduled. All conference passes will defer to the new date and/or venue.

Do you offer discounts?

We do! Student tickets are always discounted when tickets are being sold. There are also specific discounts for teachers and Life Science Women's Network members.

I do not have the time to attend the conference, but I would like to attend the Chocolate Decadence Networking event. Do I need a conference ticket?

We would love for you to get the best of both worlds, but we understand! Chocolate Decadence ticketing is separate from the conference ticketing with the exception of the VIP ticket. VIP ticketing includes Chocolate Decadence.

Where is Chocolate Decadence being held?

       The venue has yet to be announced for the 2022 Chocolate Decadence. However, it will be near the conference venue.

The 2020 Chocolate Decadence Networking Party was held on February 19, 2020 at the Scarfone/Hartley Galley located at the University of Tampa.

Can I sell products at my booth?

Yes, you may with approval from Life Science Conferences, LLC, prior to the event. Products deemed offensive or illegal will be prohibited from sale or display.

Do I need to print my ticket to bring to registration?

If you've registered, you'll have a badge ready for you to pick up at the entrance. We ask that you print a physical copy of your ticket or save a digital copy to show us to verify.

My company is paying for my attendee pass and needs an invoice. How do I get an invoice created?

  2. Attendee(s) company name

  5. Type of passes (VIP, 2-day, 1-day)
