IS THIS A WOMEN'S ONLY EVENT?
No, it is not exclusive to women! In fact, people of all gender identities are HIGHLY encouraged to attend the event.
WHEN IS THE LIFE SCIENCE WOMEN'S CONFERENCE?
The 4th Annual Life Science Women's Conference will be held in 2024 with the venue yet to be announced.
IS THERE AN ASSOCIATED HOTEL?
The convention hotel will be at the Embassy Suites Tampa - USF/Near Busch Gardens at 3705 Spectrum Blvd.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking information will be provided nearer to the event.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ADDRESS?

WHAT ARE YOUR TICKETING OPTIONS?
We offer a standard conference pass and a discounted undergraduate student pass. Please visit our registration page to view our future ticketing options.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CONFERENCE CANNOT BE HELD DUE TO PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNS?
If public health guidelines or natural disaster prevents the conference from behind held, the conference date will be adjusted or, in a worst case scenario, cancelled.
Attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors will be issued a credit for the ticket(s)/sponsorship(s) which were originally purchased and may be used at any future LSC event within a year.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 POLICY?
To mitigate the risk of safety to conference attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers and staff, all in attendance will be required to follow the CDC's public health safety guidelines, when permissible by law, at the time of the conference. This policy may be adjusted based on established guidelines at the time.
In the case the risk is too great, as determined by the conference host, venue or CDC public health guidelines, the conference will be rescheduled. All conference passes will defer to the new date and/or venue.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We do! Undergraduate student passes are always discounted.
There are specific discounts for Life Science Women's Network members, as well as other select professional organization members. Contact your professional organization to take advantage of their discount.
Group discounts are available for multiple attendees from the same company. Please contact [email protected] for details.
I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THE CHOCOLATE DECADENCE NETWORKING EVENT. DO I NEED A CONFERENCE TICKET?
We would love for you to get the best of both worlds, but we understand! Chocolate Decadence tickets will be available on Eventbrite once available.

CAN I SELL PRODUCTS AT MY BOOTH?
Yes, you may with approval from Life Science Conferences, LLC, prior to the event. Products deemed offensive or illegal will be prohibited from sale or display.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET FOR REGISTRATION?
If you've registered, you'll have a badge ready for you to pick up at the entrance. We ask that you print a physical copy of your ticket or save a digital copy to show us to verify.
MY COMPANY IS PAYING FOR MY ATTENDEE PASS AND NEEDS AN INVOICE. HOW DO I OBTAIN AN INVOICE?
