Katherine Mai is a Human Resources Professional with 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a Professional in Human Resources certification. As a senior Human Resources professional for Hitachi High Technologies America (HTA), her main focus has been in aligning and strategizing talent against business objectives. She helps her client group identify gaps, challenges, and offer solutions to individual employees as well as management to align with Company policies and practices. She has a passion for HR, specifically in the fields of employment law and employee relations. She believes a company’s greatest asset is its Human Capital and therefore, she enjoys helping HTA in building a successful and respectful workplace.
