Careers may be impacted by our own and others' biases. Biases related to race, culture, sexual orientation, age, appearance, and gender are widespread and may prevent us from reaching our highest potential, both individually and collectively. Discuss ways in which we can recognize and address our own biases and not let them rule our perceptions and decisions.
