Tanya Tarr is a negotiation coach and writer. She’s on a mission to help women find their authentic negotiation style that will help them take the next successful step in their career. Before that, she spent 17 years working in politics, helping women run for office — from school board to President. Her first book – Practice Makes Power: How to Win at Work, at Home and at the Capitol – is being released later this year. She is a regular contributor to Forbes where she writes about negotiation technique and equal pay across the globe and industries. Tanya coaches individuals and groups who are looking to find their negotiating edge, advance in their careers or grow their business. She teaches unconventional in-person and virtual master classes.
