About her Talk, "A Tale of Three Women"
Career navigation can be tricky when few have gone before you. We’ll look at the challenges and benefits of three career paths in Life Sciences;
- The enterprise perspective - moving across diverse roles but staying within a sector
- The exploration perspective - changing companies and even sectors
- The entrepreneurial perspective - building new businesses and consulting
The good news is, successful women can have multiple perspectives during their lives. Navigation only requires that you know where you are and where you want to be.
