About her Talk, "Structuring Your New Company"

The mechanics of starting your own company can be unfamiliar and daunting:

Should I form a corporation, LLC, or be a sole proprietor?  What are those anyway?

How do I choose a name for my company?

       Do I need insurance?

What happens if I mess up – could I lose my house and other assets?

Do I have to file anything?  And where?  Do I need written contracts?

Jacqueline will cut through the fog of these and other questions to help you and your company get off to a strong, and legal start.
