Arti is a Board Director and former Fortune 5 executive. She created over $1B of value in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 5 and led $200B of M&A activities. She guides growth oriented companies to optimize revenue, maximize the value of mergers and acquisitions and manage risk. She helps companies build scale by reimagining critical business operations resulting in revenue lift and accelerating time to market. Arti advises Boards and CEOs on managing supply chain issues, reducing excess inventory and driving down costs. She provides guidance on optimizing integrations and streamlining operations to achieve sustainable value creation after multiple acquisitions or mergers.

Arti guides companies to identify, evaluate and manage risks across highly regulated industries. Arti has extensive experience the across Health Care value chain including biotech, pharma, contract research organizations, medical device companies, health care systems, retail pharmacy and health insurers. Arti held executive positions at CVS Health and Charles River Laboratories; and provided guidance to Oracle Health Sciences, Biogen, IQVIA, Mass General Brigham, Atrius Health, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan.

Arti holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University, an MBA from Boston University and completed the Harvard Business School’s Corporate Governance program.
