Candice Rezvanian just relocated to Tampa from Louisville, KY to join Florida Funders as Director of Founder Success. For the last seven years, she has been supporting early and growth stage entrepreneurs with experience working for startups, growth stage companies, accelerators, and investment funds.

As an early team member at Village Capital, Candice sourced, trained, and invested in early stage companies participating in VilCap accelerator programs. At Endeavor, she aided in opening their second US-based office in Louisville, KY where she developed a mentor network of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 CEOs, Executives, and Founders to support growth stage company founders who also received access to Endeavor’s talent, networks, and capital. Most recently, Candice worked for a family office impact investment fund, Radicle Capital, where she worked closely with portfolio company founders and senior team members to aid in achieving key metrics and outcomes to grow their ventures.

Candice attended the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey Bay, CA where she studied Impact Investing and Social Entrepreneurship Management. Her primary focus at Florida Funders will be identifying how Florida Funders may best serve Founder's needs and thoughtfully develop and refine founder support initiatives around those findings. She has brought her experience and skill set to Florida Funders to support their growing portfolio of companies!
